Exploring Michigan and Easter!

So back in March and April Nathan and I were able to go and explore more parts of Michigan and attend some Professional games! My boss had tickets to a Red Wings game that he wasn't able to use, so he let Nathan and I have them! I'm not the biggest Red Wings fan.. but I am a HUGE hockey fan, and I've turned Nathan into one too! SO we were so excited and had such a great time at the game!

The bridge to Canada! 

I came home one Friday after work to this in our front room! :)

We went roller skating, then made homemade pizza and watched a movie! Such a fun date night! I love my hubby!

For Easter, the Easter Bunny left us each a bag of our favorite candy! 

In April Nathan and I went to a Detroit Tigers game with some new friends we had met! It was really fun! The Tigers stadium is right in the middle of downtown Detroit, so we had a lot of fun walking around and exploring downtown and seeing it all!

The big 2 5!

I turned the big 2 5 this year at the end of March! Super crazy! I can't believe i'm 25 already.. whoa!!

It was a great day! Nathan was so wonderful and made me feel so special!

Nathan came home from work with some fun balloons for me! He then took me out for my birthday dinner at Applebee's, where we met some of our good friends there! (He was also a good sport and let me take lots of pictures with him! haha)

After dinner we came back home and I opened all my wonderful and thoughtful presents!!

FROZEN!! I was really excited about getting that! :)

Nathan ordered me a huge canvas picture of us in front of the Rexburg Temple! I absolutely love this picture! My brother in-law took the picture and also touched it up colored it... he did such a great job! I love it! :)

Yay for birthday's and presents!!

My creative and talented husband made me this FABULOUS Frozen cake for my birthday!! (I baked and frosted it, but he made all the decorations and decorated it!) Such a cool cake, I loved it!

It was such a great day! I got to skype with some of my family and spend the evening and night being spoiled by my awesome hubby!! 

Even Google knew it was my birthday! That was pretty cool!

Nathan's 26th Birthday!

The hubby turned 26 this past March! We had a great time celebrating it! 

Once he came home from work we opened presents then went out for his birthday dinner! 

When we got back home from dinner we talked with some family for a bit and set up our new Xbox Kinect and played some Kinect sports! Then we ended the night with some Birthday cake!! Nathan's birthday cake every year has to be German chocolate cake, but I don't like coconut... so we compromise and split the cake in half! haha! :)
